Market Report – February 2011

Pictured above is the Quick Halt Convenience Store, just one of the many salvage shops in the Wastelands.  Dassina Andel is the owner and manager of this shop.  Dassina is a veteran scavenger and tough fighter of the Wastelands and her prices are always consistent with the generally agreed upon value for salvage (Barter Value x 10).  As the crudely written sign on the stretched sheet suggests, the Quick-Halt is definitely open.  She might be up on the roof so give a shout to get her attention.

Meanwhile, word is that Naadia Haalan a.k.a. “Pinky” plans to set up yet another public flea market.  The Fort Stygian Flea Market is a well fortified structure on the east border of the region.  Currently, the market’s shelves are empty as Pinky looks for traders to set up their salvage goods for sale.  If interested, stop by and ask her about it.  She’ll be spreading word herself for traders in the coming days.  You’ll also probably find her upstairs from the Market in the newly opened Watering Hole bar!
