Remarks: Tokiko started off badly, running in to a set of spikes straight out of the gate. Confronting Syruss in the center of the map, she accidentally ran in to a mine, but managed to survive until after her opponent fell from weapon damage.

Remarks: Combat was mostly confined to to the southern end of the map as the combattants successfully evaded the arena’s tight saw configuration. Each fighter was able to draw plenty of blood, but in the end Jaster fell first.

Remarks: Moondoggie and TheBlackCloud met in the center of the map for some hand to hand combat, exchanging blows fairly evenly until Moondoggie had the misfortune of running in to a number of spike and mine traps, eliminating her from the match rather quickly afterwards.

Remarks:Cigi made a valiant effort against Void amidst a map full of saws, gas, mines and pit traps but eventually fell to Voidtraveller’s kidney burster, finally expiring in a pit.

Remarks: The fighters appeared closely matched, both moving quickly and deftly while avoiding most traps. Dassina strayed in to a gas trap about half way through the match and was poisoned, but managed to hang on for quite a long time. In an attempt to evade her opponent Dassina gambled on the arena fencing, leaping up on it numerous times to avoid swings from Tokiko’s flayer. She would soon however find this to be an error, as spectators were able to deal their own damage upon the tigress, taking her out of the match.

Remarks: Aposiopesis and Dassina kept to the perimeter this match, avoiding the significant cluster of saws mines and spikes located in the center of the map. Wary of repeating her mistake, Dassina avoided the blood-thirsty swings of spectators while vigourously attacking her opponent with the speed and agility she is known for. Switching to a nailgun closer to the end of the match, she was finally able to take Aposiopesis out from a distance.

Remarks: About half-way through the match, Aposiopesis gambled on numerous gas traps on the map in an attempt to extend her time beyond her opponent’s, but soon found this to be a losing gamble. While the two fighters did exchange many blows, Aposiopesis’ luck did not play out and she did not receive any healing gas for her trouble. The accumulated poison and weapons damage made short work of her thereafter.

Remarks: Voidtraveller and TheBlackCloud successfully avoided damaging traps during this fight, but TheBlackCloud’s crowbill proved to be no match for her opponent’s kidney burster. The fight took them the corners of the map, where she eventually expired from weapon damage.

Remarks: VoidTraveller pulled a slugthrower early on, attempting to deal some damage early on while avoiding the spike located directly outside of his cell. In the mean time, Tokiko made a slow approach at him from the side with a flayer, forcing Void to move away from the cell door and moving directly in to spikes and gas. Void switched to a nailgun for a short time then, being confronted consistently on a melee basis, switched to his kidney burster. Running in to gas traps several times during the match, he seemed mostly unphased and the match went on for some time until Tokiko finally dropped from accumulated weapons damage.
