There was a huge turnout to the Potato Farm for this very special Fight Night, one of many events held all day to celebrate the Wastelands 3rd Birthday. As reported earlier, the spectators and fighters were treated to music from several performers and DJ’s beginning with a dynamic duo of industrial electronica from Knox Kappler and Flexy Raymaker, followed by the Wastelands very own Redzone, with DJ’s Rance Alva and Karu Seetan each in turn continuing to entertain those that remained after Fight Night before moving on to Cormac or the Junkyard.
The finalists for this Fight Night were Paytrok Ghost (3rd), Agustsa Jun (2nd), and Ccindy Pfeffer (1st). Ccindy took home a very special prize for winning this Fight Night…her choice of any plot of land available from the estate manager, NeoBokrug Elytis, free with one month of pre-paid tier. Due to the increased traffic and lag that evening, changes to the floor maps were kept to a minimum. This night’s fighters were pitted against each other under the point system this week and matches were as follows:
Round One:
Combatants | Weapons | Map | Winner |
Remarks: This match ended quick and deadly down in a pit.
Remarks: Zendo was speared by the spikes, giving VoidTraveler the advantage.
Remarks: Slashing in one of the pits, Smokey pulled a surprising upset on Raze, a veteran known for taking down many in the confines of the pit traps.
Remarks: A back and forth match as they set off some mines. Riptorius encountered more of their burning effects and fell to enenra’s flayer.
Remarks: The normally nimble tigress set off many spike traps, giving the mutant witch the edge to advance.
Remarks: The fight’s intensity fell short due to difficulties.
Remarks: Around and around the two ladies went in a tough fight, evading traps and ending their match down in one of the pits.
Remarks: Hit-and-run fighting between the pair as they slipped over pit traps. Sandusky stepped too far one too many times and suffered the consequences.
Round Two:
Remarks: This pair engaged in an epic pit-fight, both refusing to jump out for a break. Pit fights usually end quickly but they drew this one out within the tight confines until Ccindy finally emerged victorious.
Remarks: Both tempted fate slightly with the gas traps while avoiding the spikes. The wolfish manimal of few words won out in the end.
Redemption Rounds

Final Round:
Remarks: A game of hide-and-seek slowly played out as the fighters stalked each other in and out of various pits. They engaged in hit-and-run tactics as well as brief but violent face-offs, especially for one moment when all three found themselves against each other in the center pit trap. Paytrok changes his tactics twice by turning to his nailgun and slugthrower before returning to his flayer, but still fell to take third place. Ccindy and Agustsa once again faced each other in a pit until Agustsa risked a Hooper Gambit. The few gas-traps available were insufficient. He fell to second place while Ccindy claimed first prize.
